Neil Bhandari is Chicago and Austin-based writer, performer and teaching artist. Currently an Ensemble Member with The Neo-Futurist Theater and lead singer/songwriter for the indie rock and roll band Swearwords, he has written hundreds of short plays, songs, stories and essays, and his work has been featured on stages and radio stations across the country. An Ensemble Member since 2017, Neil has written and directed over 275 short plays with The Neo-Futurists. 

Neil is currently pursuing an MFA in Playwriting at the Michener Center for Writers at UT Austin.
